The Rattlers’ running back totaled 216 all-purpose yards and three rushing touchdowns in a 34-24 win over the Warriors to become The Monitor’s Player of the Week for Oct. 19-25.
Saenz had two touchdown runs from 8 yards out, but the biggest play of the game came on a 64-yard touchdown scamper through the Rowe defense. Saenz received the handoff out of shotgun and shook one defender off his back as he burst through the line of scrimmage.
