Jerilyn will be signing to participate in Women's Wrestling for Dixie State University, an NCAA Division II school located in St. George, Utah. The Lady Trailblazers have just recently added Women’s Wrestling to their athletic program. Dixie State is in the process of becoming an NCAA Division I University and will be joining the Western Athletic Conference (WAC).
Jerilyn is a 4-year letter winner in wrestling. She is a 4-time Regional qualifier, a 2-time district champion. In 2020 she qualified to the State Wrestling Tournament in the 95 lb. division. She is also the current SHS Girls MVP in Wrestling.
In addition to wrestling, Jerilyn is also a 3-year letter winner in Cross Country and a 2-year letter winner in Track and Field. She is also a 3-year Regional Qualifier in Cross Country and qualified to the State Cross Country Meet in 2019. Jerilyn has the distinct honor of qualifying to the State Tournament in two sports. She has certainly been a major contributor to three sports here at Sharyland High School. We look forward to hearing about her future endeavors and success.
