Maialen Erana is a Senior on the Sharyland High School Women’s Golf Team. She is a 4 year letter, was an individual Regional Qualifier her freshman year, and has made a State appearance once. Maialen is a very hard worker. When she leaves our school practice, she practices more at the McAllen Country Club or Palm View Golf course. She has always strived to be the best that she can be.
Throughout high school, Maialen has 5 top 10 Varsity finishes, made 3rd Team All-District her Sophomore year, 2nd Team All-District her Junior year and 1st Team All-District her Senior year.
Maialen has also excelled in the classroom during her time at Sharyland High School. She is ranked in the top 16% of her class and is a great example of what a “Student Athlete” is. She will be signing at Concordia University in Austin, Texas. Concordia University is an NCAA Division III college and is in the American Southwest Conference. We are very proud of her and wish her the best of luck throughout her next adventure as an athlete.
