Bio - Grew up as one of 5 siblings while making many family moves including El Reno OK, Bastrop TX, Terminal Island CA, Leavenworth KS and Marion IL. Graduated from Marion HS in 1986 and competed in Football, Wrestling, Track and Baseball for the Fighting Wildcats. I went to William Jewell College where I competed for the Mighty Fighting Cardinals in Football. I was also a member of the ROTC battalion and was commissioned as an Infantry Officer for the US Army in 1990. I married in 1990 to Yolie Ramirez and we have been happily together for 30 years. Over the years, we have added two sons and a daughter to our happy family. My coaching career began in Weslaco and has included stops at Weslaco East and Harlandale HS in San Antonio before coming to Sharyland in 2006. I have found a home in Sharyland. Go Rattlers
